The Cars

For 2010 we are now looking for 6 suitable left hand drive Land Rovers 110's with 300Tdi engines. If you would like to sponsor a Land Rover or have one that we can have, please contact Glen on the number at the bottom of this page. We also need spares for all the vehicles.

All the cars will be fully serviced and will be fiited with the excellent Goodyear MTR tyres, plus new parts including brakes and suspension.

A really big thank you to Bosch for supplying all our 2009 brake parts and equipment, also to Foundry 4x4 Ltd and Britpart for supplying the heavy duty suspension used on our 2009 cars.

All the cars will be equipped with full first aid kits and as much extra medical supplies as we can carry, we have requests from one of the charites for wheelchairs, crutches and other equipment suitable for physically disabled children and adults. We also need medical supplies to equip a local health centre.

We have already started preparing an Land Rover 130 catering and support vehicle. One of the 110's will be fitted out as a mobile workshop. A full load of spares will be carried to help maintain and service the Land Rovers left in 2009.
